1．代金のお支払方法

PayPalによるクレジットカード払い、銀行振込、代引きにてお支払い頂けます。海外発送のお客様は PayPalのお支払いになります。

１）  クレジットカード（※PayPal利用 ）

・PayPalについて

 カードでも、銀行口座でも、支払いを自由に選択できる。ペイパルから銀行口座でお支払いいただくには、ペイパルアカウントが必要です。

 ・PayPal の仕組み
PayPal 残高をデジタル ウォレットとして使用し、オンライン決済をすることが可能です。
PayPal 残高への電子入金は次の方法で行えます。
・銀行口座
・プリペイド カード
・小売店で現金でチャージ（米国のみ）

・PayPal で支払う
重要: 当サービスへのお支払いを PayPal で行うには、PayPal アカウントを設定する必要があります。PayPal アカウントを設定して上記のいずれかのお支払い方法にリンクしたら、リアルタイム決済ができるようになります。

PayPal は、オンラインと対面の２種類のお支払い形式に対応しています。 

 
２）銀行振込

銀行振込は、日本国内発送の購入者様のみにご利用いただけます。
発注確定メール（振込口座明記）日付より、１週間以内にご支払い合計金額を御振込下さい。また、御振込手数料は購入者様のご負担となります。銀行口座振込先等の情報は、発注確定後に送付するご発注確定メールに明記されてますので、ご確認いただけますようお願いいたします。期日以内に入金の確認がない場合は、ご発注はキャンセルとなりますので
ご了承下さい。

２．発送と送料

商品は、購入者様ご指定の配送先に送られます。配送先をご記入の際は、誤りのないようにご注意ください。入金確認後、通常１日～１週間以内（土日祝日を除く）に商品を発送を予定しています。通常より発送にお時間が必要な場合は、別途メールにて事前にお伝えさせていただきます。

１）配送地域

・商品は、日本郵便及びヤマト運輸が、発送可能な日本全国と、世界の国や地域に海外配送いたします。

２）日本国内発送の方法・送料

 ・ 国内の配送は、通常 ヤマト運輸 の宅急便にて行い、商品が出荷されてから１日～１週間でお手元に届く予定です。商品は、配達員に集荷された後、購入者様ご指定のご住所に配送されます。ご不在時には、不在届けが投函されますので、電話かインターネットにて再配達の依頼を直接ヤマト運輸にご連絡ください。

送料は、配送地域によって異なりますので、下記ヤマト運輸（クロネコヤマト）料金表を

３） 海外発送の方法および料金
・ 海外発送は、日本郵便EMS便あるいは、 YAMATO TRANSPORTからお送りいたします。

各国郵便事情等より異なりますが、通常商品が出荷後、３日～１４日程で配達されます。

４）お届け日数について 

・商品は、各社配達員により集荷された後、ご購入者ご指定のご住所に配送いたします。ご不時には、不在届けが投函されますが、不在時に日本に商品が返送されないためにも出来るだけ早く、再配達日を配送業者にご連絡下さい。不在時等の返送の場合、往復送料は、購入者様のご負担となりますので、あらかじめご注意頂けますと幸いです。
 
５）その他
・あわせて、 海外発送に関しましては、配送先の国々が規定する関税等の税金が発生する場合がございます。税金は購入者様のご負担になりますので、予めご確認ください。 

  ・商品は、配達員により集荷された後、購入者様ご指定のご住所に配送されます。配送先をご記入の際には、電話番号や番地、建物名の情報を必ず明記下さい。商品を受け取る際には、サインが必要となります。*ご不在の際には、不在届けが投函されますので、お早めに再配達日を配送業者にご連絡下さい。再配達依頼のご連絡がされないと、すぐに日本へ返送されてしまいます。その場合の往復の送料は、購入者様のご負担となりますので、ご注意ください。

６）商品の追跡
・当方より、出荷した際には、購入者様ご指定のメールアドレスに出荷日と、追跡番号をお知らせするメールを自動送信いたします。
24時間インターネットにて、日本郵便または、KURONEKO TRANSPORTホームページから、商品の配達の追跡が確認できるようになっています。

７）配送業者による配送の遅れ
・配送業者による配送の遅れ配送業者が通知している配送日より大幅に遅れている場合は、配送業者のホームページからインターネットにて商品の追跡を確認して下さい。
商品が発送されている記録がない場合は、お手数ですが、本サイトのお問い合わせページよりご連絡下さい。

８）商品受領時の荷物確認
・配送業者より荷物を受け取る際には、必ず荷物に損傷がないか御確認下さい。損傷が見付かった場合は、その場で配送業者にその旨をお伝え頂き必要な手続きをして下さい。またお手数ですが、その場合には、商品到着から３日以内に当サイトのお問い合わせページからご連絡頂けますようお願いいたします。配送業者への通知、または当方へ期日以内にご連絡がない場合または、対応は難しい故あらかじめご承知下さい。

９）返品及び交換について
・商品の配送中の破損および商品の誤送を除き、返品および交換はいたしかねますので
ご了承下さい。購入者様の都合による返品交換はお受けいたしませんのでご了承下さい。
当方の不備により誤ってご注文とは異なる商品が発送された場合は、恐れ入りますが商品到着より１週間以内に当サイトのお問い合わせページよりご連絡下さい。早急に商品の再送または返金の手続きをいたします。
*事前の通知なしに商品が返品された場合は対応が難しいため、お手数ですが必ず事前に
ご連絡頂けますようお願いいたします。
・当方あるいは、作り手より商品を発送する際には破損等がないように、最大限の配慮のもと梱包・発送されます。返品の際には、同じように破損等がないように厳重に梱包し返送いただけますようお願いいたします。

2. Shipping Details to Overseas from Japan

 ・After purchasing an artwork (including consumption tax), if you are ordering it from overseas, an overseas shipping fee will be charged. The fee structure is as follows according to country and region, therefore we will inform you of the payment method and shipping fee after receiving your intention to purchase.  *As customs duties vary depending on the country, please kindly deal with them in your own area.

・Overseas shipping is usually executed  by  Japan Post EMS or Yamato Transport.
Delivery times vary depending on the postal situation in each country, but usually products are delivered within ３ to １４ days after shipping.

３) Delivery Schedule

・After the art work is collected by the delivery staff of each company, it will be delivered to the address specified by the purchaser.
* In the event of an absence, a notice of absence will be posted, but in order to prevent the product from being returned to Japan in your absence, please do contact the delivery company as soon as possible to arrange a redelivery date.  In the event of a return due to absence, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the purchaser, so please kindly be aware of this in advance.

４）Shipping fees are calculated based on the country and product weight
・Please see below.  *In addition, for overseas shipping, an additional  2,000 JPY will be charged for packaging and extra-shipping fees.
 *Again,  international shipments may incur customs duties and other taxes stipulated by the destination country.   Please kindly note that such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

５) Product Tracking

・When we ship your order, we will automatically send you an email with the shipping date and tracking number to the email address you specified. You can track your product delivery ２４hours a day online via Japan Post or the Kuroneko Transport website.

６）Delivery delays by the delivery company

・ If the delivery is significantly later than the delivery date notified by the delivery company, please kindly check the delivery company's website to track the product online. 
・If there is no record of the product being shipped, please do  contact us via the inquiry page of this site. If the product is lost or left behind by the delivery company, we will contact the delivery company and request immediate action.

７）Confirmation of the package when receiving the product

・When receiving the package from the delivery company, please make sure that the package is not damaged. If you find any damage, please inform the delivery company immediately and take the necessary steps. In that case, please kindly contact us via the inquiry page on this website within ３days of receiving the product.  *Please also kindly note that if you do not notify the delivery company or contact us within the deadline, it will be difficult to respond.

８）About returns and exchanges

・Please  note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges except for damage during delivery or incorrect delivery of the product. Also, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the buyer's convenience.
・If a product different from the order is mistakenly shipped due to our negligence, please contact us via the inquiry form on this website within one week of receiving the product. 
*If the product work is returned without prior notice, it will be difficult to respond, so please be sure to contact us in advance.
・When we or the artist (craftman) ship the product, it will be packed and shipped with the utmost care to prevent damage. When returning an item, please do make sure to pack it securely to avoid any damage.
