くおんのプラットフォームへ、 ようこそおいで下さいました。
初めに、わが国日本の伝統的な文化や美意識は唯一無二のものとして広く世界中に愛されているところです。 日本の美意識を代表するものとして”侘び寂び”が挙げられますが、それは慎ましく質素なものの中に、奥深さや豊かさなど「趣」を感じる心といわれます。不要なものが削ぎ落とされ、調和のとれた空間美の世界であり、不完全であり完璧、控え目であり大胆といった表現は見る人を魅了します。
今日も伝統文化から影響を受け継いだ現代的な芸術、美術、陶芸品、手工芸をつくりだす作り手が存在します。そのような現代作家の方々の作品を海外にも広く紹介することで、その作品に込められた日本の精神、伝統文化に基づいた平和や融合への思い、伝統技術が織りなす職人技といったメッセージを伝えていきたいと思っています。
第一に世界の皆さまにも等しくくおんがご縁で繋がった少数精鋭の各分野の作家の方々や、作品群を丁寧に紹介することを目標とします。また、これから世に羽ばたく、未だ知られていない未知数の作り手、あるいは未来への継承が危ぶまれている作り手の課題解決や、若い世代の作り手を見出し誕生の支援も挑戦していきます。

Welcome to KUON ART GALLAERY’s platform.
Firstly, Japan's traditional culture and aesthetic sense are unique and widely loved around the world. “Wabi-sabi” is one of the most representative concepts of the Japanese aesthetic and it is said to be the heart to sense profundity and richness in modest and simplicity. It is a world of harmonious spatial beauty where all unnecessary things have been stripped away, and expressions that are both imperfect and perfect, modesty and boldness captivate viewers.
Even today, there are artists who create contemporary art, fine art, ceramics, and handicrafts that are influenced by traditional culture. By introducing the works of these contemporary artists to overseas audience, we do hope to convey messages such as the Japanese spirit embodied in their works, thoughts about peace and unity based on traditional culture and craftsmanship woven with histric traditional techniques.
Especially, we aim to cautiously introduce the small number of selected artists and their outstanding works in various fields who have been connected through us and their works, to people all over the world. We will also take on the challenge of solving the problems of unknown creators who are about to spread their wings to the world, or creators whose succession to the future is in question and discovering and supporting the birth of young creators.

- Planning of exhibitions and events for artists and their works on the exhibition website/at the exhibition venue, and work introduction, promotion and sales
- Support for artists' overseas presentations
- Client management
- Creation of PR documents introducing artists and documents related to their works (posting on the exhibition website, writing down the artist's career, exhibited works and thoughts on creative activities)
- Preparation of pamphlets, captions and explanations
- Interpretation and Translation
- Solving the problems of unknown new creators and creators whose future succession is a concern
Support for the birth of a younger generation of creators
- Resolving inquiries and problems regarding sales on the our exhibition website
